(MOTAC) Museum of the American Cocktail has joined the San Diego Spirits Festival (SDSF) as Legacy Partner. MOTAC is a division of the SoFAB Institute, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit cultural enterprise that documents and celebrates the food and drink of all cultures through exhibits, programming, and a range of media. 

MOTAC celebrates the American cocktail and develops its craft, field, and market through exhibits, programming, and a range of media. MOTAC was founded by craft cocktail pioneer Dale DeGroff and several of the world’s most passionate cocktail authorities and historians.

McFarlane Promotions, Inc. is a high-design San Diego event planner, coordinator, and production company that creates unique festival and event experiences.
